Epiq Launches New Chapter 11 Web Portal
-Quickly Access Key Case Information-
Corporate restructuring professionals will benefit from the convenience of Epiq’s new Chapter 11 landing page. Located at http://chapter11.epiqsystems.com, the new site will serve as the main portal to access debtor and case information, public documents, and claim/schedule records for cases Epiq is administering.

One-click hyperlinks offer quick access to the largest, busiest cases. The landing page also offers rapid search capabilities for all of our active client engagements. Convenient links to frequently used industry websites for the U.S. Courts, Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and the Southern District of New York, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute are prominently displayed.
You will also find relevant Epiq news, such as “The Deal.com’s” 2007 Bankruptcy League Tables, which show Epiq beating out all of its traditional claim/noticing agent competitors both on an individual executive and company basis.
This new service is but one more dimension of Epiq’s continual technology development. In 2008, we are investing in next-generation proprietary software.
You can already enjoy the benefit of our client ECF (electronic court filing) dockets. Epiq’s technology significantly reduces the time and expense associated with manual docket downloads, a process employed by many of our competitors, while also virtually eliminating any docket errors. We already have expanded our ECF technology to permit the collection of docket entry information without the actual corresponding document. This provides you with a daily spreadsheet reporting all docket entries in the prior 24 hour period of a given case (or group of cases) without incurring the expense associated with downloading the document from ECF (usually at $0.08 per page). Efficiency for all parties is increased with a single place to view all docket activity.
Epiq Systems is committed to the ongoing development and improvement of its technology to improve efficiency and efficacy for the legal profession. The new Chapter 11 web portal is just one example of that dedication.
